  • The number of student participants will be limited to the number of parent volunteers.
    \nWe request that each family make an attempt to volunteer for 1-3 STEM club sessions per child in the home signing-up for the club to ensure that all students who sign-up will be given the chance to participate.<\/li>\n
  • In the event that the club does not have enough volunteers for any given week, that week\u2019s meeting will be cancelled.
    \nShould any sessions be cancelled due to weather or school closings, these sessions will not be rescheduled.<\/li>\n
  • Transportation must be provided home for students (unless YMCA or Walking).<\/li>\n
  • Parents will be notified of their volunteer dates no later than January 4th.<\/li>\n
  • Students must be picked up promptly at 4:30 p.m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
