Registration

Planet Science Registration for the 2023-2024 school year will open November 13 at 6:00 PM and the registration for below will remain open until November 20, 2023 or until we reach the program capacity of 50 students (whichever comes first).

Registration Details

  • There is a $20 lab fee per child to register for the club.
    This fee covers the cost of club activities and outside presenters as well as snacks and a T-shirt for each child.
    All registration and payments will be processed online through the link below.
  • Planet Science is only possible with the help of parent volunteers. After registration is complete, a parent volunteer sign-up will be emailed out to all club parents. Please sign up for at least one.
  • Parent pick-up is required at the end of club – there is NO LATE BUS.
  • Please indicate on the registration form if your child attends the YMCA after school program. We will bring any kids who attend YMCA aftercare to the YMCA after club ends.
  • Planet Science meets in the school cafeteria after school. A roster of students enrolled in the club will be sent to office so they will know to dismiss your child to the cafeteria for those dates. If there is a change in your plans for a club date and your child will no longer be able to stay after school, then it is your responsibility to notify the office of the change in dismissal plan.
  • In the event of inclement weather requiring cancellation of after school activities, your child will follow his/her usual dismissal routine instead of coming to Planet Science. We do our best to reschedule an activity but depending on presenters or space availability, that is not always possible.

To register your child, please complete the required information and payment in the form linked below and submit your $20 payment directly to the Scribner Road PTA.
