Photography Workshop Coming to Scribner on Tuesday, April 17 for grades 3-5

Spread the love

Scribner Road PTA is excited to announce a FREE Photography Workshop presented by Lifetouch Photography on Tuesday, April 17th from 3:45 – 5:15. This workshop is open to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students.

Photographers from Lifetouch Photography will be present with all the equipment necessary to teach students basic photography skills.  The students will be able to take pictures of their own during this workshop, and they will receive a disk with their pictures on it. We will also have a slideshow of the pictures during the Arts in Education Festival later this year.

This is a great opportunity for students with an interest in photography to learn some basic skills and explore a new hobby. We offer this workshop to the first 40 kids in grades 3 through 5 registered through the Scribner PTA website: Registration will open on Monday, March 26 at 6pm.

This program requires a minimum of 8 parent volunteers in order to run. Parent volunteer sign up will also be through the Scribner Road PTA website.
