Attention 5th Grade Parents –
You should have gotten an email from your child’s teacher asking you to complete a survey with size and name information for the 5th grade T-shirt.
We need to submit the info for the order THIS WEEK, so the deadline to complete the form is 4/26/22!!

The form will only take a couple minutes.
If we don’t get info for your child, it will default to a youth XL, but it would be better to know a size that actually fits.
