What dates does Chess Club meet?

My child goes to the YMCA after school, how will that work?
Please indicate on the registration form if your child attends the YMCA After School Program and gets picked up AFTER 4:30pm.
In that case, when we are wrapped up at 4:30pm, a Chess Club volunteer will bring your child to the YMCA Program where you can pick your child up as usual.
What is the refund policy?
Chess Club is funded partially through the Scribner Road PTA, and partially through the club fee.
These fees are used for hiring Chess Masters and providing complete boards and pieces for each student.
We begin making those purchases as soon as registration closes.
For this reason, we have to limit refunds if you or your child decide you no longer wish to participate in Chess Club.
If Chess Club is cancelled for weather related issues (i.e. snow days), we will do our best to reschedule Chess Masters, but please understand this is not always possible. Partial refunds are not given for this.
If I have more than one student in Chess Club, do I have to volunteer for multiple dates?
If you have more than one child in the program, you only have to sign up for one volunteer spot.
